why can't I print most email sent from most sources? I have to copy it and paste it in office to print it

anytime I RECEIVE an email that has something I would like to print for future reference it doesn't print . I have to copy it and paste in either office or any other program in order to print it. there are a few companies I receive data from I can print, but just regular email woun't print

Do you get an error message? Does the print job appear in the Windows print manager?
