same message keeps downloading no new messages received since

Although I've changed no settings and the inbox was open and running, all of a sudden the same message keeps loading and no new messages are being received. I have checked access to the e-mail account on another device without problem.

Disable email scanning in your anti virus program. What is it you use?

Allow the mail to download and you can probably re enable it again. This used to be a favorite party trick of Nortons, but I would guess if one can do it they all can.

Allow the mail to download and you can probably re enable it again. This used to be a favorite party trick of Nortons, but I would guess if one can do it they all can.
