Are .digital domains compatible with Thunderbird?

I am trying to connect Thunderbird to a .digital domain, I keep getting a warning sign for my email account, cause it is something like myname@domain.digital

It seems to connect correctly, but it doesn't allow me to save my IMAP server: mail.domain.digital

On Outlook it connects to IMAP but fails to send test email, if this helps in any way as cross reference.

Please advice, can I use Thunderbird with .digital domains, or am I out of luck :(

Thanks in advance

I solved it, it seems avast anti virus was blocking the mail server cause it doesn't have public SSL certificates.

I did get a weird message saying that the Incoming servers already existed, wouldnt let me save, so I uninstalled, removed any leftover files and tried again and it worked.

So yes, Thunderbird does work with .digital domains

What warning sign is this? Can you post a screenshot? http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem

What exactly are you doing, and what prevents you from saving the server?
