Change were a new window is opened

Currently when I open a new firefox window while I have firefox window already open the new windows in the location where the current window is open. If I have the first window on my second monitor, the new window also appears on the second monitor. Is there a way to configure Firefox so it always opens windows in the same location and not just in the location the currently open window is located?
