I have had to take Windows 8 and have recently downloaded Thunderbird. When I start, it functions fine. However, after responding to two or more emails the systems crashes and tells me that Mozilla doesn't react. When I then close the application and restart it will allow me again to send several mails, when it will crash again. It doesn't seem to have a problem with the receiving of the mails.
