I have a website hosted at byethost.com. Everytime I try to upload files to the database through cPanel, firefox closes off and Mozilla error reporting window pops up. I have filed the error reports several times and heard nothing therefrom.

Could somebody kindly help advise how to get this issue fixed. Many thanks.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the UUIDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the UUIDs of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).

  • Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

If necessary then you can open about: pages via the location/address bar.

See:

Thank you for your response.

But I've never seen any UUIDs on the Crash Reporter! So which thread on Mozilla Crash Report should I view? There is a list of more than 20 threads! And my OS is window 7 instead of NT.

So the about:crashes page is empty and doesn't show any crash reports?

Is the crash reporter enabled?

You can find the Data Choices here:

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Data Choices : Crash Reporter
