I keep getting this crash report when trying to start firefox, I also tried starting in safe mode and got same crash...bp-08e24e43-0839-4ffc-ba24-bc2e02130219..

That is a problem with Websense Endpoint.

I read the solution and clicked on the link....it took me to websense file sharing system....there was a tag and passcode already typed in....when i clicked next it said passcode can only contain numerical....the one auto entered was 1139)

Okay I went to websense and tried contacting support...I was required to create account. So, I did, when I clikcked on open support ticket, it says I'm not authorized to view page....I don't even know what websense is....is it a program I can uninstall on my computer? This is ridiculous....
