About a week ago I asked this question and I still have not received an answer. Please help. My firefox browser has disappeared - including all my bookmarks. When I click on the firefox browser icon it goes straight to yahoo. It is as if I had no browser. Please help.

In yours is windows os, then click

start>control panel>add or remove programs.

Will till all the programs are loaded. It will take some time.

In the results, see if your firefox is listed. If it is, then click that program and uninstall it. This may or may not ask for reboot of the computer.

Download a new version of ff and install it.

If it is not listed, then your previous installation was not complete.
