How do I access my files, history, bookmarks, etc (they all disappeared)?

The files, history, tools, bookmarks, etc... All disappeared and I am not sure how to make it reappear. Which means I don't know how to exit mozilla altogether or delete my history or access my bookmarks. Can you tell me how to make it all come back where it belongs in the left hand corner above the website search margin.

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

Hit the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.
