Cannot send email

You most likely have incorrect SMTP settings. I find no record of this email host, so you should contact them to confirm the correct settings.

Another possible factor is your anti-virus program. It, or other network "security" software can block a program's full network access until create an exception for that program. Sometimes a software update can make the program appear to be "new".

You MUST have a password. All email providers require one, otherwise anybody could access your email. If you have lost or forgotten your password, you should be able to reset it at the provider's web site or web mail page.

That may be a password for your web site's host - there could be a separate password for your email. If this is a site and domain you set up yourself, you would have established the password when you set up the email account. It would also probably be the same password you would use to access your email using the provider's web mail interface. Those settings are likely to be found in your site Control Panel.
