I can't seem to open a web page sent to me that includes s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com from a conference I attended.

I attended a conference and can't open any of there links due to the fact it is on the cloudfare program???? website is https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/RETA/2026/files/index-table-2026-mid-year-update-.xlsx and the message

this is what I get back each time and I have never had this happen before:


Server Not Found

Firefox can’t connect to the server at s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com. What can you do about it?

Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

Oh this is wild, this definitely should work no matter where in the world you're located.

Maybe you could try poking the datacenter location resolving a little bit by changing your DNS provider, if you open the settings to Configure DNS over HTTPS protection levels in Firefox you can change the provider there, or enable/disable the feature — which could change the routing around enough to get you connected to that file storage correctly.
