BLANK PAGE WHILE LOADING CLAUDE

Sorry to hear that. Here are some standard troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:

1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield icon in the left part of the address bar.
   • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache.
3. If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
5. If nothing from the above helps, try creating a new Firefox profile and check if the issue persists there. If it doesn't, you can start copying files from your old profile to the new one to identify which one causes the issue. See this article on what files to copy.

I am running MacOS 10.14.6 and updated Firefox to: 115.37.0esr this morning. Claude.ai will not open and all that I have is a blank page. The suggestions that were offered above do not work or resolve the issue. Yesterday, using the previous version of Firefox all was working, now not so much! (the page example in the other email above is what I see in my Firefox browser.)

To Massimo Sinceri: Just a guess but the problem with a blank page might have something to do with Anthropic Claude not supporting Firefox ESR 115. When I try to access Claude.ai in Firefox 152 I get a page that seems to work, except that there's a message that says Claude Fable 5 is currently unavailable. ... with a link to https://www.anthropic.com/news/fable-mythos-access (see the screenshot below).

When I try the Anthropic Claude link, https://www.anthropic.com/claude in the Access AI chatbots in Firefox article it opens. Does it open for you? When I try the login link I see the same page shown in the screenshot below.

Fable 5 is not available even in the US as far as I know. It is a "security" risk US Government????? and foreign IP's are not able to use it??? could be just a story however, my ex wife is in Texas and she cannot access it.
