1. On your oldphone You need to make sure your passwords are "uploaded" to your account first. Open Firefox and tap the three-dot menu (top or bottom corner). Go to Settings. Tap Sync and Save Data (or your email address if you’re already signed in). If you aren't signed in, follow the prompts to create or log into your Mozilla account. Ensure the Logins/Passwords toggle is turned ON. Wait a minute or two for it to finish syncing.

2. On your new phone Now, you just need to pull that data down. Install Firefox and open it. Tap the menu > Settings. Tap Sign in (or "Sync and Save Data"). Use the same email address and password you used on the old phone.

Pro Tip: If it asks you to scan a QR code but you only have your phone, look for the option that says "Use email instead" to log in manually.
