Hello!

I had to reinstall Windows 10. Then I re -install the Mozilla browser and windows taskbar won't pop up over Mozilla. I found bug fixes I did but didn't help.

I would start with disabling the Stardock ObjectDock module. You could also try disabling or uninstalling ObjectDock itself.
