The scrolling is normal on settings pages, and this page as well, but on regular webpages the rest of the web the scrolling is slower and faster than slower, it makes it impossible to use this browser, any help?

How are you scrolling the page? Mousehweel? Touchpad? Scrollbar? Keyboard?

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
