Just downloaded FF with all prompts and other copy in some unknown language how do I get back to English?

When I downloaded FF all prompts and pull down menus are in some other what appears to be a Polynessian language, how do I get them back to English? When I do searches they are in English but anything to do with FF operation are in this very foreign, undesipherable language. Help!

Is this correct ?

Firefox 52.9.0 is the last version for Windows Vista, so you won't be able to use newer versions.

If the Firefox user interface (toolbars) is in the wrong language or if you want to change the current language then download Firefox in the language of your choice.
