Before you write or edit an article, make sure to read About the Knowledge Base.
Broadly speaking, there are two ways you can contribute to the Knowledge Base:
- Fix minor issues from existing KB articles: It’s very easy to do an easy fix in the KB. You can do so by following this article. You can fix minor issues by directly submitting a new revision in the article.
- Propose a new support article or propose a major update to an existing article: Are there support topics for Mozilla products we haven't covered or outdated articles we need to update? For this type of request, you may submit a content request by following the steps from this article to ensure that we can do a proper review of the changes.
