New install on Windows 8. 2 accounts. Thunderbird is automatically moving all mail from 1 account to the other. How do I stop it?

Stock Windows 8 Updated, no add ons. New clean install of Thunderbird 24.3.0 2 mail accounts. 1 x gmail, l x Yahoo. All new mail into the yahoo inbox gets automatically moved into the inbox of the gmail account. The two accounts have no other connection. Both accounts use IMAP with the automatic settings applied.

How can I stop this?
