I have two credit cards that have been transferred to other financing companies. They have both been transferred two times. Now that I have installed Firefox 23 for HP, I cannot get beyond the sign in page and I get a prompt that Firefox has blocked the site from moving to another page. I wonder if that is the reason and what I can do about it. I have a payment due on the first of Oct. for one and I don't even know the balance or how I am going to pay it on time. Is this considered a third party? What exactly is the reason it is happening and how do I fix it. I have other accounts and am not having this issue.

I did what you suggested: the site responded with SRVE0260E: The server cannot use the error page specified for your application to handle the Original Exception printed below. Error message: java.lang.NullPointer Exception Error Code: 500 Target Servlet: Error Stack: java.lang.NullPointerException

at org.apache.struts.tiles.Component =Definition<init>ComponentDefinition.java:106

Now what do I do? Thankyou for your help Lindarae

10-1-2013: i don't know if you did anything but the next time I tried to get in I was able to and I got my payment made just in the nick of time. However, I know there are many other issues both myself and mega number of others have complained about regarding your updating us to 23. Now I see that you have a 24 update and those pages and pages of complaints I saw have either been removed or solved but they definitely aren't as accessible as they were when I first freaked out after the update. Can you email me and tell me if 24 resolves most of or any of the issues caused by 23? I am a senior also with disabilities, I will have to pay someone to come here and straighten everything else that is going on with my computer since the changes. It takes me forever and I have to have my computer running and reliable and SAFE. please respond. Thank you

security fixes between the versions : https://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox.html

you already known that people are always unsatisfied, when release a new version, there are people who want to go back to the previous, and this happens in ANY new version, in most cases a new version is for good for all of us, pros and cons always exist in every software.

thank you
