I get license expired on webpages and access denied. Seems to be mostly on ads. I am unable to reach many webpages

I get the message "License Expired The trial license on your device has expired. After 30 days,your device will stop working. To apply for a platform license,please contact your equipment vendor. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please reenter your URL and continue your web experience." It began two days ago. I am in China. The messages often shows up in advertising boxes, then replaces the entire webpage.
