I cannot copy a calendar event. I use Thunderbird for work, but I copy important items to my GMAIL so I can get an alert on my phone as well. Currently, I can no longer "copy and paste" between the accounts. This was possible in previous versions

So you do not see ok button? Or you click OK (after paste and select calendar) but nothing happens?

If second then try hide/unhide Google calendar in TB - does it show now that paste event?

On my side all the time I use paste is asking me on which calendar to add it... What is happening on your side? Is it copying on the same "account"? Or it does nothing? On that gmail calendar can you add a new event, copy and paste it to "home" (tb internal calendar)?

Same thing. Copy, asks me what calendar and no paste. I made a dummy entry, and tried to past it to the same "home" calendar and that did not work either. If I put the event in under Gmail, or add it directly to Gmail, it transfers fine. It's a Copy-Paste issue that is new

Can you click OK - if not see this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1268878

If you can click OK: - but the event is not displayed on TB google calendar can you check directly on google if that copied event is there? - also try hide/unhide Google calendar in TB - does it show now?

Thanks for the link. I did not see it in my initial search prior to posting. Unfortunately, this did not resolve my issue. I reset my Windows 10 scaling from the recommended 125% to 100%.

  1. Shut down T-=Bird and restarted it --> Nothing
  2. Logged off the account and closed everything and re-logged in --> Nothing
  3. Hard re-boot and restarted --> Nothing

Thank you for the suggestions

Svlad209, Hide/unhide Google calendar in TB showed the pasted events ... all of the ones I thought were there so had to delete. Thank you
