I have been fiddling with Firefox focus and I have to say, the security features are golden (: The access to camera and microphone are blocked by default. I was wondering if there were any ways to do that with the Firefox general version for Android?

Hi

Firefox for Android saves files to the "downloads"folder on your Android device, not the SDcard.

To set the permissions, open the Android Settings app and search for "app permissions". This will take you to the screen where you can set each app permission.

I hope this helps.

Also, if access to /sdcard could be disabled in any way. I also noticed that aceess to /sdcard returned N/A result in Firefox focus, I wonder if thr same thing could be achieved with Firefox general version.

The new version of Firefox on Android has individual permissions on the settings menu. This is really helpful for Lollipop versions of Android smartphones.
