I have folders set up for emails to automatically download into. This has worked well for many years but over the last 6 to 8 months the system totally ignores the set directions and chooses its own folder to download mail into. Second problem is all emails from one particular source are going to Spam regardless of how many times I put in new message directions and advise daily this mail 1s not spam. Any suggestions to overcome these problems would be much appreciated. Thanks, Ann

The two issues may be caused by the same thing: spam filters set by the mail provider may be moving mail to Spam before the mail is downloaded to TB. if so, whitelist the sender through webmail or add them to the webmail contacts. Check the settings in webmail to see if there are other filters moving mail to folders, independent of and preceding the TB filters.
