i found a solution to my problem but wanted to add information to it but couldnt without asking a question so here it is how to create an account without asking a question!!

When you aren't signed in, there's a huge button on the upper right that says Volunteer. Many (most?) people might not connect that to registering to answer instead of ask questions.

When you aren't signed in, there's a huge button on the upper right that says Volunteer. Many (most?) people might not connect that to registering to answer instead of ask questions.
You can click the blue "Volunteer for Mozilla Support" button at the bottom of the "https://support.mozilla.org" page to go to the "https://support.mozilla.org/get-involved" page.
Click "Answer questions in the support forum" to be able to "Register to be a Contributor".
