I solved my problem, but it need to be warned and I hope it will help for other users.

I use the last version of Thunderbird (60.3.0 (32 bits)).

First : I received an (undesirable) advertisement from "Leclerc Energies by mondial info". But then, no other messages. And each time, even few days after, I click to received all new messages, I only get this advertissement. And the same message appear multiple time.

Second : After trying uninstal / reinstal Thunderbird and update it, nothing change. In ordrer to get my messages, I connected with the website messaging "Zimbra". It works normally. Then I looked for this advertisement, who appear only once, and delete it.

Finally : And... strangely, my Thunderbird messaging works normally again and show all my messages.

I don't know what's append exactly, but for some reason, this ad blocked the arrival of messages.

Here is the link (I don't know if it works) : http://link.infodiv.fr/p/d/Io3KqcPXqoGrYHZY1ewEmt3YSQ_6ib5IdMU3G1cnUCnuYg07XMos8iBcCuOcZIxR6ocLpnTrfinl-97_6e63qGLIjm02fD8k9GlGDVGQSiqvM6sS6NdEtX82y4Tbx3AE

Chosen solution

It is possible for a 'log jam' to occur on the server which results in the inability to download the rest of the emails on the server.

Often, but not always, it is the result of an email which has been received in the server 'Inbox', but then moved to server 'Spam' folder. Usual method to fix is to logon to webmail and empty the Spam folder and in Thunderbird use the 'Get Messages'. If still no joy then logon to webmail to see Inbox and delete the last email downloaded and sometimes the oldest email not downloaded.
