Immediately on "update", computer hangs and freezes. Have tried all your fix-its several times with no improvement. I AM READY TO TEAR MY HAIR OUT!!!
A firefox update was offered. I clicked it and it was installed. Immediately afterward, it began to hang and freeze. I used the remedial pages and refreshed several times. Each time, my computer worked 2-3 mins. as usual then froze again. I turn my computer off and on again, repeated refresh instructions, and etc. too many times to count. I need my computer!!! I need help!!! I wish I could just go back to a functioning computer as I had before the update. Thank you!

hi, please see if the following fixes the performance problem: go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > privacy & security panel and under permissions check the setting to prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser.
