This problem only started today. I tried to reply on other threads with the same issue but they're closed.

The video loads but nothing else, no matter how long I wait. I don't use extensions. The only adblock installed is Firefox's inbuilt blocker which I disabled. That made no difference. Clearing cache makes no difference. Nor does resetting the application and computer.

Firefox version: 52.5.2 in Windows

Yes that fixed it. Though there is a significant delay from loading the video till the rest of the page starts to load.

I tried Chrome and that loads the page content almost immediately but fails to load the video. Also with Chrome the links for the comments don't work nor does the Feedback feature for reporting bugs.

I would have thought that since Google own Youtube and wrote Chrome, that they should work together.

I can live with the delay for the page content. Thanks for the help :D

I'm experiencing a similar issue with YouTube. Firefox also crashes when I try to close it (only if I visit YouTube). I'm still using a previous version because my legacy add-ons need updated.

Any idea what YouTube has done to cause this, workarounds, etc?

Thanks
