I cleaned Firefox, then it downloaded something (about 3 megabytes). I think, it is strange situation. I have captured some traffic with USBPcap, but can't attach any file.

Hello, this is completely normal.

This could be a number of things:

Google SafeBrowsing filter update -- Allows you to browse the web safely.

Tracking Protection filter update (private browsing) -- Blocks trackers and certain parts of web pages used to track you.

An add-on updating automatically.

If this answered your question, mark as solution.

I think something is wrong with the CRL.

What are you using to do that "cleaning"?

CCleaner is notorious around here for causing a myriad of problems for Firefox users. Standard advice is to go into the CCleaner settings and deselect Firefox for cleaning. Firefox has everything built-in for "cleaning up" browser sessions, without cleaning "too much" and causing problems afterwards.
