InformEnter Addon just updated and now it won't retain profiles

Could you please help me with this problem? My version of InformEnter updated itself to 0.823. My version of Firefox is 52.4.0 (32-bit) and, since I am still using Vista, this is the most recent version available to me. I noticed a few changes, like inserting 2 ##s instead of 1, but the problem is my profiles disappear each time I close and reopen Firefox. I have to re-paste the data into the setup box on options each time. Is there a way to get InformEnter or Firefox to retain the profiles? I noticed that there is a note on your help page that says Download InFormEnter v0.763 for old Firefox versions (up to Firefox 56). Should I do this to fix my problem?

I would certainly appreciate any help you can offer. I love this little add-on and have been using it for years.

It looks like a few more updates have come out to this add-on, possibly fixing this issue.

I'd try installing the update https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/informenter/

Thanks for the suggestion. I installed a even newer version but it still didn't work. I also emailed the creator and he told me that he was aware of this problem and was working on a fix. He also suggested I reinstall an older version (v0.76.1) which I did and it worked.

There are a bunch of errors showing in your Video Card Drivers. Intel does not support this any more. But there are drivers for Windows 7 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/81519/graphics-drivers/legacy-graphics/graphics-drivers-for-intel-g33-express-chipset.html If you have some drivers you have on disk or downloaded and saved then I would suggest trying the above URL on bottom of the page and see if the Win 7 drivers load. Also could make a restore point before doing anything. Can read also how to roll back drivers.

Fyi: you are running version 52.4.0 and the latest version is <strike>54.4.1</strike> 52.4.1 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/
