Firefox crashes/ can no longer start

I suddenly no longer can open Firefox on a Server (SBS2007) on an XP machine. De-installing and removeing of the directory in Programs folder does not help. What can be wrong? I also am unable to submit the crashreport through the normal way. But the report reads:
