Firefox and other browsers lags until I open the task manager.
Copied from unsolved issue, it's similar to mine problem:
I have this problem ever since i changed my GFX card (i now have a GTX 1060). At some point and completely randomly, firefox starts lagging. As if it runs at 10 fps. In fact, the whole PC looks like is lagging, if i press the start menu during this, it also lags. But if i minimize it or open the task manager (which makes it lose focus) and maximize-regain focus, it fixes itself until it lags again after a random amount of time. Usually, it starts lagging when i type something with my keyboard.
This only happens in Windows 7. In my Windows 10 setup (i have a dual boot system) the problem does not exist (so it's not hardware related). Also, during the lag the CPU is almost idle. Same with the GPU. Temps are low. RAM usage is below 500MB for firefox and less than 12% overall (i have 16GB). It doesn't look like something is slowing down the PC that is.
I also tried Firefox in safe mode and the problem is still there. So it's not any of the extensions i use (i only use a couple anyway). That's on the latest version as of now. But it had the same problem on the previous version.
Can someone help me with this? It's really annoying.

Start your Computer in safe mode. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Yes, when I start safe mode, everything become not so smooth. Can you offer something to do?
But is the lagging still there?
It starts with very low resolution and not so smooth like without safe mode. It's hard to detect theese lags in safe mode. So I don't know what to do.
Theese lags appears sometimes and they disappears only when I open a task manager and after minimizing browser window.
I called for more help.
I alredy triend tons of scanning programms such as CureIt, Anti-Malware etc. Nothing detected.
