This is for a friend, she has the latest windows 10 operating system and been running Firefox happily since January. It has now crashed and will not load. I suspect it needs a refresh or some apps disabling but cant get into it. Is there a command line optopn to refresh or get into safemode? For example something like firefox.exe /refresh Thanks
