You don't install it - that's a fake, malicious scam going on.

Mozilla doesn't use "firefox-patch", all fixes come via an update that the user doesn't need to save and install. Did you look at the address for the page that loaded that fake? Not mozilla.org .

thank you so much. the whole process seemed strange. I am glad I didn't click on the firefox-patch. I have deleted it.
