How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
You can open that root directory in a tab and then bookmark this tab to have easy access to this directory.
I am in a file and I want to change the directory to get another file. But I have to go via the C: root directory. How can I get to the C: root directory in Firefox? This is my problem.
Are you using "File > Open File" or do you open the C drive in a Firefox tab (file:///c:/)?
I use "File > Open File" to open another file.
Put file:///c:/ into the address bar and hit Enter.
