hi hessmo, i don't think that there's a risk but it's more of an accessibility issue (annoying to people using screen readers or other supporting technologies). you can control that behaviour by unchecking the option to Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page in the advanced panel of firefox preferences, which is also disabled by default.
