IE shows Blank page that comes up with "About Blanks" no bookmarks

more options

I use Firefox 99% of thetime but go to IE once in a while. Yesterday, I went to go on IE and when I clicked on it, About Blanks came up only and the page was blank, I could not even get any bookmarks or anything. It was working fine last time I used it. I had to do a restore from the last update a few weeks back but I don't think that would have made any difference because it was working just fine before. With IE now, a blank page just comes up with a tab on the side of it also saying about blanks. Nothing else at all. Any ideas why this happened or what I can do to resolve this IE problem?

Hi Judy, support volunteers here spend most of our time using Firefox, so if you don't get any suggestions that help with your IE question, you could try Microsoft's community here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/windows_7?tab=Threads
