I am having trouble with my passwords not saving and do not have the option to save passwords, can't put check mark in the box
I don't know how to fix my problem.. the save passwords box is greyed out. please help me and thank you :)

That is what is keeping you from saving Passwords - a feature of the Private Browsing mode.
Deselect - Always use private browsing mode and then the Remember passwords for sites can be selected (if it isn't already selected once permanent private browsing is off).
