What is in the window?

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

That is one of the built-in Developer Tools (WebIDE; Firefox/Tools > Web Developer).

You can try to disable this component by toggling devtools.webide.enabled to false on the about:config page.
