how to download old messages in folders

When i click Get Message, ONLY the messages in my inbox come in. I need to bring in old messages in my other folders such as 'sent folder' and all other sub-folder. how do i do that? i am using webmail from Godaddy. POP enabled

You will have to change your account from POP to IMAP, to have the other folders downloaded through TB.
