I need to get rid of a profile and all emails for that profile. Can anyone help?

Chosen solution

Tools|Options|Account Settings

If you can't see this menu, press alt.

Select the account. In its settings, note the location given under "Local directory" - this is the place where this account's messages and other data are stored.

At the bottom of the window listing the accounts and their settings is a button labelled "Account Actions". Here you will find an option to remove the account, which will result in the account vanishing from Thunderbird.

However, this leaves the data in place in your filesystem. If you are concerned about this from a privacy or security perspective, go to the folder noted previously in your file manager, that is, Windows Explorer, Finder, Nautilus or whatever, and delete that folder.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "profile" or "all emails" . Deleting a profile removes more than just email messages.
