Can you please explain how you came to this conclusion? Sometime the amount of space on mobile devices can limit this, but in most cases it does not. However the sync does sync in intervals and more bookmarks will appear over time.

Please try this:

1. add a new bookmark to one device.
2. click Tools > Sync now
3. on a mobile device you will need to log out and log back into Firefox account to force a sync. Once its complete, please check if the new bookmark is there.

Did the bookmark show up?

I have a laptop that has all my firefox bookmarks and settings for years. I have a new laptop that I have loaded firefox. I signed onto the same account from my previous firefox account to import bookmarks onto the new laptop. After it completed the sync, I saw that numerous bookmarks did not appear on the new laptop. I have signed out of firefox from both devices, but signing back in does not sync the computers.

Hi epj35 , You mentioned that this has been going on for years for the first account, when you sync are you pairing the second device or are both logged into accounts.firefox.com ?

This will tell you if they are on different versions of sync, as there was an update recently to a new service :-)

I have a new pc, I am trying to sync my new pc with my bookmarks from my old as it crashed. Nothing is coming up. I logged in to my new pc with my user. Help :)

@gogo2 sorry for the delay. Sync is not meant to be a back up, however if you have a copy of the old profile, you may be able to restore the bookmarks. Recover lost or missing Bookmarks If this does not recover your issue, please also consider creating a new thread.
