I continue to get an unresponsive script message on att.yahoo.com finance page as follows:https://s.yimg.com/qg/att/3party/adobe_analytics/1.0.5/s_code_yahoo.js
I copied the unresponsive script message with link above....looks like it's related to Adobe??....because of an update??

hello surfergijoe, you have at least one very suspicious addon present: MapsGalaxy 6.33.3.46643 please try these steps:
- reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
- afterwards go to the firefox menu
> addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
- finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.

A couple of other users posted about that adobe_analytics script stalling out:
- Adobe script crash and lock-up (unsolved)
- nonresponsive script (unsolved)
One reason scripts can stall out due to Flash is the Flash plugin's protected mode feature. You can disable that by creating or editing a settings file. The following pages/posts provide different ways to do that:
- Adobe support article under the heading "Last Resort": Adobe Forums: How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
- Batch file to automate the manual steps: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/982093#answer-518078
Flash needs to completely unload from memory (restarting Firefox might help) before this would take effect.
Thank you...actually today, all of a sudden the message was no longer on that page...rebooting must have helped, but I also removed the Maps Galaxy add-on. Thanks again.

Thank you! I will check that out when I get a chance, but as I replied to the other contributor, apparently my rebooting helped and I also removed that one add-on instead of just disabling. Thanks again.
