Hi, I tried several times to install Firefox on a new PC. first time Firefox installed correctly, but as I wanted to have my profile copied, there were error message.

Scince then, each time I have deinstalled and reinstall Firefox it does not work correctly: During installation it still tell me that I do have older Firefox version and the installer will update this. After this it keeps telling me this:

Profil nicht vorhanden ( Profile not found) Ihr Profil "Firefox" kann nicht geladen werden. Es ist möglicherweise nicht vorhanden oder ein Zugriff ist nicht möglich. (Your “Firefox” profile cannot be loaded. It may not exist, or access is not possible.)

I would love to use Firefox, but at the moment I feel helpless.

Es que use un cable USB para poner el Firefox por qué el explorer ya no está actualizado y puse el Firefox que descargue en la computadora y me dijo ue no se puede

I deleted the Google search app, and attempted to acquire Firefox, but I get a message that something happened and the download was incomplete. I have tried reloading the app and keep getting the same message.

I wanted to put firefox on my phone to connect with my Mac Mini. I did download it but cannot find it .I searched on my phone and Firefox not recognized . I wanted and was prompted to download firefox to connect my Iphone with my Mac Mini. I don't have a lot of time to deal with this

I’ve had the Firefox app on my iPhone 15 and have used it many times as the search engine. I noticed now when I try to use it as a search engine it seems to be hijacked by DuckDuckGo as that is the search engine. Past searches would give me a Shortcuts to where I wanted to go but now all that’s gone. Trying to download it again it will not download

I am getting a report from Firefox when I run the install that it can only run on Windows 10 or Windows 11 and since this is a brand new win 11 computer that has never had any other OS on it, I do not understand the report.

What can I do. Chrome and Edge had no problem loading. I plan to install Brave next.

Firefox is my primary browser.

This was a WIN 10 but has been professionally upgraded to 11 two times with last just a week ago. I have run Firefox as chose browser for years. Now they keep bumping me off & back on Google. Have tried to ID Firefox as chosen but they don't seem to hear. Even with Firefox symbol on my screen, now I click on it and Google comes up.

 Have tried downloading again without success.  Ff will not show up in a Program search.

What to do?????

I would like to install firefox pc on a windows 11 laptop that already has firefox windows loaded on it, I can not get it to run. I think the installer exe has run and then get a message about windows and try again or ask for support help.
