Hello, does Firefox has a function where the bookmarks only show in a Bookmarks toolbar when a blank tab is open please? Once a bookmark is selected from the Bookmarks Toolbar, then the Bookmarks Toolbar is no longer needed and should disappear to maximise webpage space.

I've imported bookmarks to Firefox, however the Bookmarks bar doesn't show on a blank tab (I'll raise another forum post about this). If I manually add the Bookmarks toolbar, it permanently shows only a few Bookmarks, not the original Bookmarks that have been imported?

I imported the Bookmarks 3 times as shown on the attached screenshot, but somehow they have been stored by default, in the wrong location. The correct location would be so the Bookmarks appear in the Bookmarks toolbar.

I can't access audible or spotify because the WidevineCDM Plugin is not working. I've tried reinstalling it, re-enabling the DRM content setting, and reinstalling Firefox entirely. Nothing has worked, and even though it says the plugin is installed, it just crashes every time.

After a a clean install of Firefox (It was a new windows installation BTW), I signed in with my Mozilla account to find out that my bookmarks and passwords are gone and I don't know why. - If there is any way of recovering my bookmarks I would appreciate your help to know it

После обновления до 135.0.1, пропали все куки, на всех сайтах пропала авторизация. cookies обнулились, при восстановлении cookies из backup, хватает на один запуск браузера, позже заменяет старые cookies, на новые и при повторном входе все пропадает. Использование аккаунт Mozilla не помогает.

Hi, I posted this here, move as you wish. FF dev 136.0b9, w11p. Not seen issue before. This is using the text box option (tx for having that). Please view the image. When I activate the text box, the "color-size" choice box opens & stays open. This choice box BLOCKS the cursor & kb entry. Clicking outside the box doesn't help, nor hitting escape. I just want that "choice, color-size" box to disappear so I can continue to type on the same text box. Thanks, & tx for a generally great product I've depended on for decades.

I'll preface this by saying that I use a Primary Password (formerly Master Password) to protect my information on my computer.

Today I was going to pay a bill and noticed I couldn't autofill my payment methods. So, I went to my settings to get my payment information to copy paste it. I found out that when I go to look at my payment methods, even with a primary password, I can just double click on my saved CC information and it opens up showing everything. This contrasts with saved passwords where if I were to go look at one of my passwords, I have to confirm my password again before I can look at it. In my opinion, this is a security risk and it's quite odd that it is just readily available like that. There really should be another step to confirm your password before autofilling/checking it in settings. I see there is a 'device sign in' option in settings, but that's not really what I had in mind.

I'd love to hear from you if there is a way to add this protection or if there is technical reasoning behind this. Thank you,

I'm on a public use computer and I signed out of firefox but all my folders, websites, and saved passwords are still on firefox. How do I get it to not do that? How do I reset the browser so all my information is gone?

I would like sign in using a Yubi Key, and without using a smart phone. (this should also include having a spare Yubi Key) The whole reason I got a Yubi Key is I don't have or want a smart phone (I do have one but it sits a home doing nothing). I also don't think its a wise move to have my login mechanism that authenticates me on an internet accessible general computing device. If that gets compromised then my account is compromised.

But when I tried to add 2FA to my account it asks me to use an authentication app. I stopped there when I get to my phone I might try and see if I can get around it. I don't want to use an authentication app I just want to use a Yubi Key.

Also what will happen to my account if one day my phone just stops working or I lose it?

After using Mozilla / Firefox for at least 30 years everything I had saved, bookmarks, history, passwords, shortcuts, are all gone! I need them back ASAP. I have a Mozilla recovery key but cannot find in all your articles, where to enter it. Please explain to me where to enter the key and why after all these years everything I have accumulated is gone.
