I sometimes sell items on sites such as eBay. When I try to copy and paste the picture (from my Photos) is just a weird symbol. If I go to a different computer it works! If I go to a different browser it works! When I open a weather App the radar is all washed out with different colors. What's the issue?

I have used Facebook in my Firefox browser for several years. Then all of a sudden, Facebook will load, then it will not load and yesterday and today, it won't load at all. I have to go over to Chrome to get on my Facebook. Please fix whatever is preventing me from using Facebook on Firefox.

I have paid for and used Mozilla VPN for some years, The app has now disappeared from my Mac Book and when I try to reload it from the website it states "error" and will not reload.

After updating to Firefox 138 on Windows 11, startup takes about 30 seconds. Safe Mode is faster. I tried refreshing and it did not help. Marked **bold test** and [a link](https://example.org) plus {{7*7}} literal check.

I've tried several times with different updates to use the AI-enhanced tab groups, and it has never given me actual useful suggestions of group names. It always shows me the most generic of names and chooses almost randomly what tabs to group. This is a thing that AI should be good for, but it looks like it's unaware of what is the content of my opened tabs.

Is this feature improving or I can disable it and stop it from consuming my CPU?

Can not change default Firefox home page in settings. I am 78 years old & know nothing about computers. Thank You

After the most recent Firefox update all my bookmarks were scrambled. For example, when I open one marked Bank of America, I get Go Daddy. How do I restore my bookmarks to what they were before the update?

Previously all my tabs would launch when I opened Firefox. Recently it has stopped doing so. Only one tab opens. All the other tabs I use frequently do not open. Why is this? How do I have all my tabs open when I open Firefox

I saw a msg that my firefox password was charged. Don't know if accidentally done while on Mozilla or changing default back to firefox after brief set on Chrome due to Google saying needed

I have been using Firefox for years. I am not tech savvy. A very tech savvy member of the family recommended firefox years ago (and now says we should use Brave or another).

Does anyone run Firefox? Why is there no contact centre/people? Why do other members have to answer questions? The reason I am losing total faith in Firefox is that it must made me update and restart and every open window I had (and the tabs on each window) have been lost. I cannot retrieve them, which I have always been able to do via "Restore previous sessions". There was so much important information on those windows and tabs from way back - too far to shift through the history. Can anyone give me one good reason to stay with Firefox? Thankfully, there are many browsers to now use. Firefox has perhaps just become a habit and one I should have changed a long time ago. Thank you.
