On my previous laptop using Windows 11, a dialog box would open when I entered a username and password while online, asking if I wanted to save the username and password.… (ler mais)

On my previous laptop using Windows 11, a dialog box would open when I entered a username and password while online, asking if I wanted to save the username and password. On my brand new laptop, that dialog box does not come on screen. Id like to be able to store that info so I don't have to enter it each time.

Passwords lost

Firefox is not saving my passwords. Every time I start up my laptop, all the saved passwords are gone. I have tried a refresh and a new install as well, but the problem p… (ler mais)

Firefox is not saving my passwords. Every time I start up my laptop, all the saved passwords are gone. I have tried a refresh and a new install as well, but the problem persists. I have to sync to my other machine to restore them.

I have no problem with previous version of ff. i noticed ask to save password not showing up in this version. usually if i fill in a form, ff will save the information for future use.

i have issue with ff, so i uninstall and reinstall. doesnt work. i add additional information in notepad attachment.

i am end user. nothing technical. only uses ublock, clearurl and audio equaliser. not heavy user. just light browsing facebook, google and regular website.
