I had some AI models downloaded, but noticed recently that the AI tab grouping wasn't working. I saw that the models for this were listed as being 0 bytes in size. I deleted all installed models and now can't install any as they always show as being 0 bytes.

I'm able to install the models when using a new profile. I have tried in troubleshooting mode and disabling all extensions using my profile normally but neither of these actions have worked.

I'm running Windows 11, 25H2, on ARM64, with the latest version of Firefox installed.

Against my better judgement I download the latest update for Firefox, now my computer is a mess. Things like the row of saved sites between the search line and the space where web address shows is gone. I can find the web sites , but I want the line back. I don't understand ANY of your directions or support pages. I am old and can't keep up with technology any more - I'm about five years behind.

If I just uninstall the latest version of firefox will that fix it? Or will it uninstall ALL of firefox. And please don't give me long involved directions or I will just give up because I don't understand.

After a PC reboot, when I launched firefox, all of my data was gone (extensions, bookmarks, passwords, etc) and it was as if I was launching Firefox for the first time. I wasn't sure if something happened to cause firefox to become corrupted, so I did a complete reinstall (uninstalled firefox + deleted all mozilla folders + deleted mozilla registry entries).

After reinstalling, Firefox now does not ask where to save files. Both "Always ask you where to save files" and "Ask whether to open or save files" are enabled in firefox settings. browser.download.alwaysOpenInSystemViewerContextMenuItem , browser.download.alwaysOpenPanel , and browser.download.always_ask_before_handling_new_types in about:config are all true as well.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue and get firefox working as normal?

gmail wants eat my cookies and will not let me play because I have them blocked. I restarted my computer but changed nothing since yesterday when gmail was perfectly happy with my crumbs?

Here is my situation. Firefox 145.0.2 is NOT open. A link from another app (like Thunderbird) opens Firefox, but it opens without a title bar. How can I make it open Firefox with a title bar?

I have done everything i can possibly do to stop this problem and now its random. last night i lost 33 important tabs. everything in the settings and config file is checked off not to close the tabs yet they randomy close anyway. this is a deal breaker for me after years of putting up with it. unless someone can help its back to google i go.

Hello, I'm using Gitlab. When I open a file, then click to the "copy file contents" button, it copies but even the file designed and filled one under the other, the copied content is side by side. When I do the same thing in Chrome, there is no problem. Could you please fix this? Yours faithfully.

Hi. I am wondering if there is a way to make the collapsed sidebar hide completely when the mouse cursor is not touching the left hand side of the screen.

I know its possible to make the sidebar expand on hover but id like if its gone until i hover over it.

Looked trough a lot of the help articles and googled about it, but could not find any solution to my "problem"

( picture shows the collapsed sidebar, would like that hidden fully unless you hover over that space )

I have tried the recommended fixes for the issue of History and Bookmarks being used by another app or security. Cannot get it to work. Concerned about the next fix " create a new data base" will be too complicated and I will get it wrong; and really mess up my new laptop. Help with this issue would be very much appreciated.

As you may know, if you hold Alt while scrolling with the mouse wheel, you'll go back a page (if you went down), and if you went up, you'll go forward a page. How do I turn this off, as I have never, not once, found this useful. Instead, I've always found it to be more of a nuisance, as Alt + Tab is how to switch between software on Windows 11, and I switch between software often. Please tell me how to turn this feature off.

when printing a PDF in two side mode, the text is moved to one side, I assume to allow for binding the pages. However this function does not work correctly as some pages have the text moved to the incorrect side. I had to use MS Edge to do the job which is something I do not like to do.

I am trying to initiate a Mozilla scan on my iPhone, where Firefox is installed. iOS is 18.7.2.

I begin my login to my Mozilla account, and then in the next window, Firefox (correctly) calls for my 6 digit code from my Authenticator.

BUT, when I "leave" the Firefox page, to go fetch the code, Firefox keeps opening a new webpage, and I lose the page where I would enter the 6 digit code.

I had the WSJ.com as my homepage, and changed this back to the Firefox homepage. This did not solve the problem

I'm exhausted. I'm not a techie, but not a newbie either (after many years).
