i am experiencing an issue with firefox where backup (Firefox Backup) is not working since version 148.0

problem: - when I try to create a backup, i get the error: “Hmm, there was a problem with the backup. Please try again in a few minutes.”

what I have already tried: - enabled and disabled backup password - changed the backup folder/location - cleared browser cache - tested across multiple updates (issue persists)

- backup is enabled, but I cannot create one - the error occurs every time - restarting the browser and system did not help

My bookmarks have not appeared . I have wasted 12 hours x 2 days and followed your instructions . I have not been able to find my bookmarks . I have noticed this is a common and chronic problem with many users . After donating money for years this is very diisappointing.

My Bookmarks (> 100) suddenly became corrupted yesterday while I was browsing. They don't go to anything that they are supposed to. There is no backup profile listed to recover. What do i do short of manually typing in all those bookmarks? Windows 11, No edge but I can use Chrome

I asked a question about how to sync my new laptop with the one on this old laptop (Windows 10) The problem I had is that the codes Mozilla sent to my email. That email is so slow that by the time I receive it, it already expired. This is the answer I got from a robot: One thing you could try is logging in to your email via a browser instead of the email app which could speed up the time it takes for you to get the email. Another solution is to manually copy the profile on your old computer putting it on a usb stick and the opening it on your new computer.

1. I always log onto my email via Firefox browser, and it still does not arrive before the code expires. 2. I went into my profile a clicked on "Copy Profile." Firefox copied my profile and asked me to rename it. I did that. Now there are two copies of my profile -- the original and the renamed one -- but my question now is: How do I copy it onto an USB drive? or how to "manually" copy my profile?

I am unable to press new tab or even use Command T to open a new Tab. The New Tab button seems greyed out as if I've hit the limit for tabs, but I don't have too many tabs open. Not even the keyboard shortcut is working which quite surprising. I am able to create new tabs if I open a new window, so I am not completely unable to create new tabs, but i was just curious as to why this might be happening to my current window.

Previously all my tabs would launch when I opened Firefox. Recently it has stopped doing so. Only one tab opens. All the other tabs I use frequently do not open. Why is this? How do I have all my tabs open when I open Firefox

I have linux LMSDE7 Mint, Firefox will not sync. I click on the 3 top right corner lines, sign into Mozzilla, the bookmarks have not synced. Then if I go back to the same lines, it has still the "sign in" field, clicking has no reaction. It seems that mozilla is not signing in I have an other linux version, winux, there I have no problems, it syncs ok.

after the new version of firefox update my home page which i have always had Newsmax.com does not load says problem loading page i have tried several times and it will not load. it works in Google chrome so why not in Firefox

Using Mozilla as my browser, I print from my Lenovo laptop to my HP Office Jet 8025e printer. The headers and footers have disappeared. The "print Header/Footer" is checked in the printer settings, but they do NOT print. This change has occurred during the last couple of weeks, perhaps as the result of an update. It seems that checking or unchecking that box makes no difference now. Same result regards...no Headers or Footers. Please advise.

I am trying to sync my Firefox from my old laptop (Windows 10) to a new laptop (Windows 11) Mozilla sends verification code to my email, but my email is so slow that by the time this code arrives it already expired. a) Can verification code be sent to my phone? b) if not, how can I increase the time allowed for imputing the verification code to wait until I receive the code?

Please help to Dismiss the 'Stuck" Amazon icon on the main search page!

In the past weeks Mozilla VPN is not working in Italy. As of today, I cannot connect to any of Mozilla VPN servers. Everything fails, ping is stuck. I am connecting via Vodafone Italy as my ISP.
