I'm using the AI Chatbots plugin in the sidebar and I'm trying to log into Claude, but the plugin keeps asking for a verification code and Anthropic only sends a magic link email which doesn't work in this situation.

My bookmarks and history disappeared from my mobile Firefox. Maybe because I took some permissions away? Not sure why that would destroy a few years history and bookmarks I count on being visually impaired.

Any way to get them back, thanks for your help!

Your not on my apps default list. I was told to uninstall Firefox, and reboot and re-install, I had premium adblock, now I don't, and Firefox still on the default browser list? Whatup? How can You help Me?

FIx the update so I can get to the controls of the AdBlock extension. No list appears when either right or left clicking the "puzzle piece". Default is to temp block many website functions after restart so having the control disappear and in a place it cannot be found means I will need to abandon FIreFox as my main browser. Very sad that this last update has killed that functionality.

When trying to download statements from my TSC webpage, I cannot find the download button that is usually displayed in the upper, right-hand corner. When I use "downloads" from the dropdown menu, nothing appears in the download box that pops up.

After updating to 145.0.1, on Nov. 20, 2025, I can no longer open my gmail. It was fine before the update. I've cleared the cache, browsing history and then disabled all extensions. Nothing helps, but a slash in the address field says 'not secure'. Ive tried my usual shortcut https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox and also https://gmail.com. Neither works. How can I revert to the previous version to see if that works.

Hello, I want to get rid of the list of "recent bookmarks" - I don't want other users of my computer to see them. I've already set Firefox not to record history. Online search provided no useful information. My Firefox is always thelatest version. Hope you can help! - Raymond

I have used the site campspot.com for years. Suddenly I cannot get into it and comes up with a 403 error. I am able to get into this site using Chrome so it seems that the problem is with Firefox.

For whatever reason, saved passwords are visible on right click even if you have a Primary Password created. This defeats the purpose of a Primary Password entirely, so I have to figure out how to disable it.

I've tried group policy and about:config edits but the settings have all changed and no longer work from previous how-tos on the internet.

Since the most recent Firefox update, I have noticed that the "minimise" ( - ) and "close" ( x ) symbols (top right corner) have disappeared.

Only 3 symbols remain: Print; New Tab; List all Tabs.

Online life is more difficult without these useful symbols. Could you please bring them back?

I can't get any sound from WEB streaming. The sound works when I stream movies from my PC. Firefox is updated. Windows 11 is updated. Drivers are updated. What should I do?

Rasbperry Pi 5 desktop OS -> Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64) -> Open application menu -> Settings -> Sync -> Sync logged into firefox account -> Syncing: ON -> tap Sync Now -> Syncing... -> complete in 5-10 seconds.

Phone iPhone 11 iOS 18.5 -> Firefox app -> not synced.

It seems I have to not just open phone's Firefox browser, but navigate to the phone's Firefox's Sync settings and then I see Firefox phone app syncing.

Unintuitive, needs improvement or some notification to remind of small human needed interactions.

we have a web application with different web pages generated by Vaadin. Since our client updated to Firefox version 128, Firefox reliably crashes on one specific web page. Previous firefox version was 102.

Crash message: Gah. your tab just crashed

This is what we have done so far but without success: - Checked on different customer terminals (all showing same issue) - Raised RAM - Changed to troubleshoot (safe) mode - Disabled hardware acceleration - Cleared windows font cache - Checked crash reports

Currently there is no option to update firefox to a newer version.
