I need to know why Mozilla is hijacking my VPN. I only have BitdefenderVPN, which I no longer use, and ExpressVPN, which is what I now use. Today when I connect through Firefox, MozillaVPN keeps shutting down my ExpressVPN and opening itself. I have a tug-of-war between the two, even though I did not subscribe to nor install MozillaVPN. I believe this happened after the latest Firefox update. Any ideas? I run Windows 11 64-bit, which seems not to play well with LOTS of programs, include some browser extensions.

I have used thunderbird for 40 years. In September my email carrier went out of business. My old email address was [edited] @fidnet.com. MY new email address is [edited] @gmail.com. I need to get Thunderbird on my new email. I have already paid for additional security under my old email address. How do I get thunderbird for my new email and transfer the additional security to it? I have been searching google on how to accomplish this and it is as clear as mud. I am not technically savvy, therefore need human support. I do not have a record of a password for my account. Using Firefox I cannot read my Messages on e-bay. I can only see the sender of the message and the first two or three words, but cannot open the message. However if I switch to a different browser I am able to read the complete, full message. Can you locate the problem for me?

While Thunderbird will send short messages it does not send a message with an attachment. Also recently a message to me with a PDF attachment was received on my phone but not on Thunderbird. I have donated and reinstalled Thunderbird but the problem persists. Problem not with Internet, other programs work perfectly.

Thunderbird updated yeterday, but then I started receiving emails that have attachments, but all I get in the email body is a series of letters and numbers. When I pick the emails up off my phone, no problem. Any clues?

April of 2023 I replaced my Moto E 5 with a Samsung S23. I have been a user of Mozilla Thunderbird since last century and using it since April with K9 on my S23. Is there someway to use Thunderbird 115.15.0 calendar with my S23 and Windows 10? Thanks

Hi, My Thunderbird email has suddenly stopped working. I get a message like "authorisation failure on POP 3 account". It seems to have become a problem since an update on 24 September. I'm not sufficiently tech savvy to identify the issue. Can you help please?

Sometimes, my Thundermail box will upload my incoming but particially, not allowing the message to upload on my computer. (See image) I can't find a solution. It does not happen all the time. It has been going on recentl.

When I try to open some old messages in my inbox, they no longer open correctly, but appear as computer code connected with emails from other messages. The same messages open correctly in my phone and in my backup Gmail inbox so are not lost, but I am concerned that my laptop may be infected, though a Norton 360 scan shows no issues. Can anyone explain what is going on and whether I should be worried?

Have had no problem over the years sending out up to 250 personalised emails at a time, until today! Using data from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet I used to fill in the "To" field - {{Forename}} {{Surname}} <{{E-mail Address}}> - in order to end up with, for example - Joseph Bloggs <jobloggs@xxxxxxx.com>, perfect. Today filling in the "To" field in the same way it converts to - Joseph Bloggs <"\"jobloggs"@xxxxxxx.com> . The email of course is rejected. If I just fill in the "To" field simply as - {{E-mail Address}} - it will convert correctly to -jobloggs@xxxxxxx.com. Any answers???

Is there a reasonable way to keep thunderbird data files in the cloud, since I use pop3 and not imap?

(I don't use imap because (a) I don't trust my isp, and (b) I like to minimize how much of my data is in the cloud, so mail in the cloud gets deleted regularly). Right, I'm asking to put everything in the cloud, but the idea is that this would only be temporary, while traveling, in order to avoid migrating thunderbird data from desktop to laptop, and then back again.
